PERSONIQ DEVELOPMENT — WEBSITE LEGAL DOCUMENTS
Prepared: 18 June 2026 | Site: www.personiq.gr
IMPORTANT — NOT LEGAL ADVICE
These are GDPR-aligned templates prepared for a Greek property developer. A Greek lawyer or DPO must review and finalise them before publication. The one remaining gap is the registered office address (marked [REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS — TO PROVIDE]). The Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA) can fine up to €20M or 4% of turnover, so a professional review is strongly recommended.

2. SCOPE
This policy explains what personal data we collect through the Site and our business activities (property sales, Golden Visa investment services, renovations and land partnerships), how we use it, the legal bases we rely on, who we share it with, and the rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and Greek Law 4624/2019.
3. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT
- Data you give us through our forms: full name, email, phone number, country of citizenship/residence, your stated interest (buying, Golden Visa, renovation, plot), budget range, timeline, property/plot details, and any message you send.
- Data collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and other usage data, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
- Data needed to complete a transaction: where you proceed with a purchase or a Golden Visa investment, we (or our partners) may collect identity documents, proof of funds and other information required by law.
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 15 years old (the consent age under Greek law).

- Responding to your enquiry and providing information — Steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) / legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f))

We never sell your personal data.
6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Some providers (e.g. Wix) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, transfers are protected by an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Personiq Development — Cookie Policy
Last updated: 18 June 2026
WHAT COOKIES ARE
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We use them to make the Site work, to understand how it is used, and (with your consent) for analytics and marketing.
CATEGORIES WE USE
- Strictly necessary — required for the Site to function (e.g. security, load balancing via Wix). These do not require consent.
- Functional — remember your preferences.
- Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the Site (e.g. Wix Analytics / Google Analytics). Set only with your consent.
- Marketing — used to measure and target advertising. Set only with your consent.
YOUR CONTROL
On your first visit you will see a cookie banner where you can accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer, or by adjusting your browser settings. Non-essential cookies are placed only after you consent, as required by the ePrivacy rules and the HDPA.
(A live cookie table listing each cookie, its provider, purpose and duration should be generated by your consent tool — Wix's cookie banner or a tool such as Cookiebot — and inserted here.)

- Turn on a cookie consent banner in Wix (Settings → Cookie banner), set to block non-essential cookies until consent. Legally required; not currently active.
- Add the company identification (ΓΕΜΗ/ΑΦΜ) to the website footer — currently missing and legally required for Greek businesses.
- Set up an AML/KYC procedure for Golden Visa / property transactions (Law 4557/2018) — handled by your lawyer, not the website.
- Have a Greek lawyer / DPO review all documents before publishing.
